These Shop Terms govern purchases of digital products (templates, spreadsheets, printable forms and digital planners, together "Products") sold by Everra Collective LLC ("Everra," "we," "us"), a South Carolina limited liability company, through everracollective.com and our checkout provider. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.
1. Checkout and Delivery
Checkout is processed by our payment and delivery provider, Payhip (payments processed by Stripe or PayPal), or Stripe directly. After payment you receive an email with a download link, typically within minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and then contact [email protected]. Download links may be limited to a number of downloads or a period of time; we will resend your link on request.
2. Prices and Taxes
Prices are shown in USD. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location and may be collected and remitted by our checkout provider.
3. License
When you buy a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, including printing unlimited copies for your own business. You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute or upload the Product files (modified or not) for others to download, or claim them as your own design.
4. Refunds
See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because Products are delivered instantly as downloadable files, all sales are final except where the law requires otherwise. If a file is faulty or doesn't open, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you ask us at checkout to deliver the download immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download begins. This does not affect your rights if a Product is faulty.
5. Compatibility
Each listing states the supported software (for example Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or PDF annotation apps such as GoodNotes). Third-party apps change over time; we can't guarantee every feature in every app version.
6. No Professional Advice
Products are organizational and record-keeping tools. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Forms are general templates; check your state's licensing and consumer-contract requirements before using them as contracts.
7. AI Disclosure
Products are designed by Everra Collective with the help of AI tools for drafting layouts, formulas and copy. Every Product is reviewed and tested by us before release.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
