This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and delivery work for everything sold by Everra Collective LLC ("Everra," "we," "us") at everracollective.com. All prices are in US dollars (USD). To request a refund or cancel, email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with your order number or business name. We reply within one business day (Monday–Friday).

1. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered instantly: after payment you see a download link and receive it by email with your receipt (sent by our checkout provider, Payhip). Nothing is shipped. Because files can't be returned once downloaded, sales are final. However, if a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it, send a replacement, or refund you in full. If you don't receive your download email, check your spam folder and email us; we'll resend it. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you agree at checkout that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day withdrawal right ends once the download begins. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.
2. Website Builds
- Free preview: the homepage preview is free and carries no obligation. Nothing is charged unless you choose a package.
- Payment: Launch Page is paid 100% upfront; Business Site and Growth Site are paid 50% to begin and 50% before launch.
- Before the build begins: if you cancel before we start the full build, we refund your payment in full.
- After the build begins: if you cancel before you approve the homepage design, we refund 50% of the deposit. After you approve the design, payments are non-refundable, because the work has been performed for you.
- If we can't deliver: if we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we refund the payments for the undelivered work.
- Delivery: previews are usually sent within two business days; full builds usually launch in about seven days after we receive your deposit and materials. Timelines are estimates and depend on prompt feedback. Revisions are made by email as described in our Website Services Terms.
3. Website Care Plan
The Care Plan ($49 USD/month) renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime by email; it ends at the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't refund partial months. When it ends, we can hand over your site files so you can host them elsewhere.
4. Lead Rescue Subscriptions
- Billing: plans are billed monthly in advance (or annually, if chosen) and renew automatically until cancelled. A one-time $297 USD setup fee applies to monthly plans and is waived on annual plans.
- Cancel anytime: email [email protected] or use the billing link in your receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there's no cancellation fee and no further charges.
- 30-day guarantee: new customers can request a full refund of their first month's subscription fee within 30 days of their first charge.
- Annual plans: you can cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the annual fee. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but stay active until the end of the paid year.
- Setup fee and usage: the setup fee is refundable in full if you cancel before setup work begins, and non-refundable afterward. Usage charges (for example, extra text messages) are non-refundable.
- Delivery: setup usually takes about two weeks, mostly waiting for the phone carriers' required business-texting (A2P 10DLC) approval, which we don't control.
5. How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have a billing problem, please email us first; we'll make it right quickly, usually faster than a dispute with your card issuer.
6. Promotions
Any discount, waived setup fee or guarantee applies only as described on the page where it's offered at the time of purchase, can't be combined with other offers unless stated, and has no cash value.
